Eurosem has launched its own agricultural podcast on YouTube. This is a new format for open dialogue with agribusiness practitioners, where they talk candidly about their real-life experience in the field, modern technologies and solutions that help agricultural producers work more efficiently in the face of climatic and economic challenges.
Currently, two full episodes lasting about 20 minutes have already been released on the channel, featuring farmer Andriy Makhovy as the main character.
First episode: successes and failures of small farmers
The first episode of the podcast was released under the title

In this episode, Andriy Makhovy shares his invaluable experience of growing crops in the Ukrainian context. It is a candid conversation about the path of a small farmer — from successful decisions to mistakes that cost harvests and profits.
Particular emphasis is placed on the problems that agricultural producers face every day, how these difficulties affect the economy of the farm, and what helps to overcome them. The most common mistakes in crop cultivation are discussed, as well as the role of technology in minimising risks.
