Eurosem continues to keep its finger on the pulse of global agricultural innovation! The company’s director, Dmytro Shatsman, took part in the 6th International Symposium on Sunflower Broomrape and the 1st Scientific Meeting on Biotic and Abiotic Stresses Affecting Crops, which took place recently in Serbia.
This large-scale event, organised by the renowned NS Seme Institute of Agriculture and Horticulture and the International Sunflower Association (ISA), brought together leading scientists and breeders from around the world. The focus was on combating new aggressive races of sunflower broomrape, adapting plants to global climate change, and countering new diseases.
The symposium also saw the announcement of a new international scientific initiative to develop highly resistant sunflower hybrids. The participation of Eurosem’s management in events of this calibre ensures that Ukrainian farmers will be the first to receive high-yielding seeds developed using cutting-edge global technologies!
